ON-GRID SYSTEMS: Maximum Savings and Income
This system is ideal for homes with an existing electricity grid subscription. Its purpose is to lower the electricity bill and generate income by selling surplus production back to the grid (net metering/offsetting).
How It Works: The solar energy generated on your roof first meets your home's immediate consumption. At moments when production exceeds consumption, the surplus energy is automatically sold to the grid via a bidirectional meter. At night or when production is insufficient, energy continues to be drawn from the grid. At the end of the month, the energy you supplied and received are offset against each other and reflected in your bill.
