Our Comprehensive Contracting Process

We meticulously plan and implement every step for the efficiency of your investment:

PHASE 1: Engineering, Project Design, and Official Process Management The foundation of our commitment is to establish solid engineering and a complete legal infrastructure:

  • Site Survey and Technical Analysis: Field or rooftop survey, shading analysis, and structural suitability determination.

  • Official Process Management: Management of Connection Agreement and Call Letter acquisition processes.

  • Legal Permits: Technical follow-up and finalization of zoning permits, EIA processes, and all other official institutional approvals.

  • Detailed Engineering: Creation of panel layout and inverter configuration for optimum efficiency.

  • Project Approvals: Preparation and approval of static (construction) and electrical (LV/MV) projects in compliance with TEDAŞ and relevant distribution company regulations.

PHASE 2: Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Material Management Support While you procure the main equipment, we prepare the technical infrastructure:

  • Comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ): Preparation of a detailed material and BoQ (Quantity Survey) list containing the technical specifications and quantities of solar panels, inverters, construction, cables, and switchgear equipment required for your project.

  • Technical Specification: Creation of technical specifications defining the national and international standards that the materials you procure must comply with.

PHASE 3: Site Installation, Erection, and Manufacturing (Application) Our expert teams carry out the field applications that constitute the "contracting" part of the job:

  • Civil Works and Construction: Site preparation, soil surveys, and assembly of the support construction system.

  • Electromechanical Erection: Installation and electrical connections of the solar panels, inverters, and LV/MV panels you procured.

  • Grid Connection: Completion of transformer center, MV cells, and energy transmission line manufacturing for the power plant's connection to the grid, if necessary.

PHASE 4: Testing, Commissioning, and Acceptance

  • Field Tests: All electrical tests and performance (I-V curve) measurements in accordance with IEC 62446 standards.

  • Official Acceptance: Completion of Provisional Acceptance and Final Acceptance procedures with TEDAŞ/Distribution Company officials.

  • System Energization: Safe commissioning of the power plant and provision of technical training.

Post-Installation Assurance: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services
